Eat healthy? Attitudes of the German population towards industrially produced cardioprotective food

Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is likely to increase in incidence. Foods with cardioprotective functions, e.g.specific functional food, could reduce CVD risk factors and hence CVD incidence. Little is known about industrially modified foods with cardioprotective functions.
