2015 HOPE APFED/ARTrust Pilot Grant Award The 2015 HOPE APFED/ARTrust Pilot Grant Award was established to allow investigators from a variety of disciplines to initiate new projects relevant to Eosinophilic Disorders, excluding asthma, rhinitis and eczema. Successful applications will focus on the development of new ideas which are likely to lead to future external funding. The 2015 HOPE APFED/ARTrust Pilot Grant Award is a collaborative award program between the American Partnership for Eosinophilic Disorders (APFED) and the Allergy, Asthma & Immunology Education and Research Organization, Inc. (ARTrust). The award program is administered by the ARTrust and equally funded by each Association. For information about the ARTrust, please visit www.aaaai.org/global/ARTrust.aspx. For more information about APFED, please visit www.apfed.org. Grant Award Amount: The 2015 HOPE APFED/ARTrust Pilot Grant Award is $70,000 per year. Funds will be distributed in two equal $35,000 payments during the first year. Grants are subjected to biannual review and may be granted for two years. The second year of support is based on demonstrating satisfactory progress. Progress reports will be required at six months intervals throughout the Award period.
