The value of detection of S100A8 and ASAH1 in predicting the chemotherapy response for breast cancer patients

This study aims to investigate the value of detection of S100A8 and ASAH1 in predicting the chemotherapy response. Miller and Payne grades were used to assess the chemotherapy response in breast cancers. The expression of S100A8 and ASAH1, as well as ER, PR, HER-2 and Ki-67 were assessed by immunohistochemical staining in 120 cases of non-special type invasive ductal carcinoma (IDC-NOS).
