Diagnostic yield and safety of transbronchial lung cryobiopsy for diagnosis of interstitial lung disease
Conclusion: In our cohort, TBLC provided a better diagnostic yield than FTBB without increasing the risk of adverse events such as bleeding and pneumothorax. Large-scale longitudinal data is needed to determine the effectiveness of the use of cryobiopsy and its impact on diagnostic outcomes and provision of timely treatment of ILD.
