Procarboxypeptidase U (proCPU, TAFI, proCPB2) in cerebrospinal fluid during ischemic stroke is associated with stroke progression, outcome and blood ‐brain barrier dysfunction
ConclusionsProCPU is increased in CSF during hyperacute ischemic stroke and are associated with stroke progression and outcome after 3 months, most likely due to BBB dysfunction in the hyperacute phase of ischemic stroke.This article is protected by copyright. All rights reserved.
