The project will fund sites to participate in the Autism and Developmental Disabilities Monitoring (ADDM) Network and will enhance surveillance activities at both prior and newly participating sites through two funding components. Component A funds surveillance of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other DDs (i.e. CP and ID) among 8-year-olds. Component B funds surveillance of ASD among 4-year-olds. Component A is required for all applicants, while applying for Component B funding is optional.
