Repeat c-sections and "failed" spinal
Did a spinal anesthetic (1.7cc 0.75% bup + 5mcg fent + 250mcg morph) recently, went in as easy as any other spinal I've done for a c-section. This lady was having her 4th c-section. Surgeon tested with aliss and pt felt nothing; and no response to incision either but once theyre inside working to get baby out, she starts moaning and squirming her shoulders around and when I inquire she insists that she feels pressure, not pain.
