CSF inflammatory response after intraventricular hemorrhage

Conclusions: Aseptic CSF inflammation after IVH is primarily dependent on the volume of initial bleed. Thrombolysis intensifies the inflammatory response, with no apparent detrimental effect on clinical outcome. Clinicaltrials.gov identifier: NCT00784134.
