Nucleic acids, proteins, and molecular cloning lab: Biology or Chemistry to AMCAS?

I'm trying to decide if I've met the biology lab requirements for med schools and I'm unsure how the AMCAS will classify the above class. They say that biochemistry is under chemistry while molecular biology is under biology, but this class straddles the two. Having taken the class, it's most molecular biology (making plasmids, running agarose gels, PCR, etc.), but I'm worried the AMCAS will disagree. What does everyone think? Thank you!
