American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Undergraduate Affiliates Network Undergraduate Research Award The purpose of this award is to provide support for undergraduate students conducting summer research projects.  The amount of each award is $1,000.  Each UAN region may apply for up to two awards per year.  2015. Applications are due February 27, 2015. Qualifications -- Applicant must be a current ASBMB UAN member -- Applicant must be conducting the proposed research project in the lab of an ASBMB member Use of Award Money -- Award money may only be used for reagents and supplies for the project. -- Award money may not be used for stipends. -- All awards will be sent to the research advisor to be deposited in an institutional account
