IV tPA Utilization and Outcomes in Asian Americans (P3.103)

Conclusions:We confirmed U.S. ethnic differences in IV tPA utilization and found that Asians have lower rates of tPA treatment compared with Whites but higher rates than Blacks of Hispanics. Asians also have higher rates of hemorrhage and in-hospital death following tPA.
