Conclusions:New evidence emerging on NMOSD disorders makes it easier to discriminate them from multiple sclerosis or other autoimmune cases, but as the above case shows there may be a lot of overlapping between the two, which warrants further research so as to attain more effective management.Disclosure: Dr. Karageorgiou has nothing to disclose.
