Young stroke patients treated with intravenous thrombolysis have a more favorable outcome and mortality compared with older patients.

CONCLUSIONS: Our analysis indicated that young stroke patients treated with IVT had a more favorable outcome without an increased risk of sICH and mortality compared with older patients.
