[Sarcoidosis flare after autologous stem cell transplantation: An immune paradox?]

CONCLUSION: Sarcoidosis must be considered ahead of compatible clinicoradiological presentation occurring after HSCT. Sarcoidosis can mimic metastatic cancer or lymphatic relapse.
