Russian Keratoprosthesis in Stevens–Johnson Syndrome

Conclusions: The MICOF KPro improved vision of patients with SJS, but lifelong surveillance is necessitated because of a high rate of postoperative complications. Corneal melting was the main reason for KPro failure. Infectious endophthalmitis and glaucoma were the main risk factors for visual loss.
