5As (ask, advise, assess, assist, arrange) tobacco treatment delivery in primary care settings in Greece

Conclusions: To our knowledge this is the first study to report on rates of tobacco treatment delivery in primary care practice settings in Greece. Increasing the rates of 5As treatment in primary care settings in Greece are important targets for quality improvement.
