Transmission pattern of MDR-TB in Singapore 2005-2015

Conclusion: The recent rise in the number of MDRTB among local-born in Singapore is of concern. More effort and resources such as the increased use of rapid diagnostic tests for MDRTB are needed in the fight against this global threat.
