Abciximab as a bridging strategy to overcome morphine –prasugrel interaction in STEMI patients
ConclusionThe infusion of the GPIIb/IIIa receptor blocker abciximab allows immediate and efficient platelet inhibition in STEMI patients concomitantly receiving the oral ADP receptor blocker prasugrel and morphine.
