Operative Outcomes After Open Repair of Descending Thoracic Aortic Aneurysms in the Era of Endovascular Surgery.

CONCLUSIONS: In the era of endovascular repair of DTAAs, operative death and morbidity outcomes for open repairs are observed to be low.
