Anti-Müllerian hormone and inhibin-A levels may be used as surrogates of polycystic ovary syndrome in adolescents, but not inhibin B or insulin-like growth factor-3: Preliminary Results.
CONCLUSION: INSL3 andINH-B were not found to have diagnostic value in adolescents with PCOS; however,it was shown that INH-A could be used as a new biomarker in the diagnosis in addition to AMH.
