Neurologic Presentation of K2: A City Hospital Experience (P2.258)

Conclusions: There are many common reported toxicities with synthetic cannabinoid use. We report our neurologic experience at Harlem Hospital. The incidence of seizures was high implicating K2 as either a provoking factor of patients with underlying epilepsy or one that could lower the seizure threshold sufficiently to provoke seizure in patients with no prior history.Disclosure: Dr. Kleiman has nothing to disclose.
