P2 receives $2M from feds to fight obesity, chronic diseases

New state funds are coming to Western New York to help fight obesity, diabetes, heart disease and stroke. The P2 Collaborative of Western New York will receive $2 million over three years from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to fight chronic disease in the eight-county region.
