Hemodynamic response on sleep disordered breathing in obese subjects: Differences between N2 and REM stage
Conclusion: Our results demonstrate that the combination of IH and reduced mean oxygen saturation but not IH alone is associated with increased BPvalues during sleep bothN2 andREM sleep. A novel finding is the fact, that patients with this combination show an increased cardiac output at least in N2sleep.These results will have to be confirmed by a higher number of included patients.
