Relation of hemogram parameters with asthma

Conclusions: Elevation of RDW was shown on diseases resulting right ventricle failure. RDW was significantly higher in patients with asthma according to control group in our study.Increased neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio was shown on systemic inflammatory diseases. In our study, neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio was significantly higher in patients with stable asthma. Statistically significant correlation between asthma control and neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio was not detected.
