Speckle –Tracking Echocardiogram to Detect Cardiac Toxicity in Children that Received Anthracyclines During Pregnancy

Conclusions We considered that the use of anthracyclines during pregnancy, did not produce cardiac damage in the newborns and can be safely administered, because not cardiac toxicity was evident in these children and it is benefit to the mother. Teaser Anthracycicles are safely to the fetus that received chemotherapy, because no cardiac toxicity was observed ,with the new echocardiogram techniques.
