Clinical features and surgical management of traumatic acquired isolated superior rectus palsy

CONCLUSION: Traumatic isolated ASRP comprised only 0.07% of cases receiving strabismus surgery at our hospital. Orbital imaging is essential to identify whether muscle rupture, orbital fractures and/or other possible disorders are present.
