SIRT1 maintains bone homeostasis by regulating osteoblast glycolysis through GOT1

In conclusion, our study suggested that Sirt1 played a crucial role in regulating osteoblast metabolism to maintain bone homeostasis through its deacetylase activity on GOT1.
