CONCLUSIONS: From the results we could comprehend that the eugenol (EUG)-drug complex showed greater stability in HSA protein structure when compared to HSA interacting with isoniazid (INH), rifampicin (RIF), pyrazinamide (PYR), or ethambutol (ETH) alone or with EUG alone.
