Sacroiliitis in inflammatory bowel disease on abdominal computed tomography: prevalence, misses, and associated factors
CONCLUSION: Physicians should carefully evaluate SI joints on abdominal CT in patients with IBD to enable early detection of sacroiliitis, potentially leading to an early diagnosis of axSpA.
