Analysis of factors affecting pregnancy rate after laparoscopic surgery for infertility associated with endometriosis

Endometriosis (EMs) is a common disease in women of reproductive age. It is characterized by the growth of endometrial tissue outside the uterine cavity. The ectopic endometrial tissue exhibits changes similar to the bleeding changes seen in the endometrial menstrual cycle, stimulating the surrounding tissue to experience congestion, inflammation, adhesion, and other changes. The main symptoms include: progressive dysmenorrhea, pain during intercourse, chronic pelvic pain, menstrual changes, infertility, and pelvic masses.
