High MCM6 expression promotes proliferation and correlates with poor prognosis in triple-negative breast cancer
CONCLUSIONS: MCM6 overexpression in TNBC links to a worse prognosis and reduced cell proliferation upon MCM6 knockdown. We developed a risk score model based on MCM6-related genes predicting TNBC patient prognosis, potentially assisting future treatment strategies.PMID:38639528 | DOI:10.26355/eurrev_202404_35921
