Conclusions: YLS010 has demonstrated specific killing effects against acute T-lymphoblastic leukemia both in vivo and in vitro. Preclinical studies of YLS010 offer a new opportunity for the treatment of patients with acute T-lymphoblastic leukemia in clinical settings.
