Anti-hypertensive therapy for preeclampsia: a network meta-analysis and systematic review
CONCLUSION: According to the eight RCTs included in this study, Diltiazem was the most effective in reducing blood pressure in PE patients; Labetalol and Nicardipine also had good effects.
