ConclusionsThere is no high-quality evidence supporting any intervention for persistent symptoms in hypothyroidism. Available evidence, limited by the risk of bias, inconsistency, and heterogeneity, suggests that some persistent symptoms, particularly fatigue, could improve with ginger and thyroidectomy.
