113 Optimising physical performance and improving treatment tolerance in a lung cancer patient with comorbidities: a case study of allied health intervention across the phases of rehabilitation

Lung cancer patients have a high symptom burden compared to other tumour groups. Combined with a growing multimorbid population, specialised management is imperative to optimise physical performance and treatment tolerance throughout all phases of the Dietz Rehabilitation Model. At Guy's Cancer Centre, an allied health team consisting of Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics and Speech and Language Therapy (SLT) work alongside the Oncologist-led clinic to support this patient group.
