In this study will generated iMG from human iPSCs using our newly developed protocol. We used single cell RNA-Seq to study the transcriptomic profiles of our newly formed iMG. The single cell RNA-Seq data under this accession is from wild type iMG (Hashtag 7) and OTHER KO iMG (Hashtag 8)
