The First Reported Case of Ocular Syphilis in an Iranian Patient

CONCLUSION: Ocular syphilis can mimic numerous ocular inflammatory scenarios. In cases of ocular inflammation that is unresponsive to steroids, reconsidering alternative diagnoses, especially infections with the highest clinical relevance, is necessary.
