A Serum Autoantibody (AAB) Signature is Associated with Future CLAD

Purpose: AABs have been linked to chronic lung allograft dysfunction (CLAD), but whether combinations of lung- and ubiquitously-targeted AABs can better predict CLAD has been underexamined. We aimed to investigate this supposition in a single-centre cohort.
