Purpose: As people living with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (PLWH) approach near normal life expectancy, chronic heart and lung diseases in this group are also increasing. HIV Organ Policy Equity (HOPE) Act transplants using HIV+ thoracic donors are underutilized given regulatory barriers. More data is needed to examine the path to transplant and outcomes for thoracic organ recipients of PLWH
