Pediatric and Emerging Adult Heart Transplant Recipients Lost to Follow-Up: Risk Factors and Outcomes

Purpose: Solid organ transplant recipients who are lost to follow-up (LTFU) have worse outcomes. There is a lack of data regarding the incidence, risk factors, and outcomes in pediatric and emerging adult heart transplant recipients who are lost to follow-up.
