Defining the Transcripts Associated with a History of Severe Primary Graft Dysfunction in Lung Transplant Transbronchial Biopsies
Purpose: Primary graft dysfunction (PGD) is a severe form of acute lung injury occurring within the first 72 hours post-lung transplant. PGD can result in death and chronic lung dysfunction, but molecular post-PGD tissue changes have not been characterized in lung transplant transbronchial biopsies (TBB).
