ConclusionsIn Korean congenital nystagmus patients with a normal fundus examination, achromatopsia and Leber ’s congenital amaurosis are uncommon causes. ERG is needed to make a definite diagnosis and provide prognostic information in congenital idiopathic nystagmus patients with a normal fundus examination.
