Clinical and radiological features of parasagittal dural arteriovenous fistulas: a report of 8 cases from a single institution
CONCLUSIONS: Treatment of parasagittal dAVFs consists of occluding the proximal portion of the parasagittal arterialized draining vein. Endovascular therapy with liquid embolic agents is usually the first line of treatment. Surgical ligation is a valid option if the fistula cannot be successfully obliterated with embolization. Symptoms related to the SSS dAVF resolve after their obliteration.PMID:38427987 | DOI:10.3171/2023.12.FOCUS23792
