Is The Modular Dynamic System as Effective as Classical Dynamic Systems in Long Segment Dynamic Thoracolumbar Stabilization?

CONCLUSION: We did not experience any serious issues in terms of stabilization in the cases in which we employed both systems. Our patients' clinical results were satisfactory in both systems.
