Synchronous versus metachronous spinal metastasis: a comparative study of survival outcomes following neurosurgical treatment
CONCLUSIONS: Our findings suggest that the timing of SM diagnosis (synchronous versus metachronous) does not significantly affect survival outcomes following neurosurgical treatment for SM.
