Impact of pneumococcal conjugate vaccination on pneumococcal nasopharyngeal carriage in the Gambia: Population-based cross-sectional surveys

CONCLUSIONS: Introduction of PCV was associated with reduced VT pneumococcal carriage in young, and older children, although with substantial residual prevalence.
