AND PURPOSE: For high-risk neuroblastoma, planning target volume coverage is often compromised to respect adjacent kidney tolerance. This trial investigated whether intensity modulated arc radiotherapy techniques (IMAT) could facilitate dose escalation better than conventional techniques.
