Functional Outcomes from a Phase II Trial of Adaptive Deescalation of Radiation Therapy Dose in p16+ Oropharyngeal Cancer Patients Demonstrating Favorable Mid-treatment Nodal Response
We report outcomes of patients (pts) with favorable risk p16+ OPC who received deescalated CRT based on mid-treatment (tx) response with rapid mid-tx nodal shrinkage (RMNS) at week 4.
