The Microbiome is Associated with Responses to Neoadjuvant Therapy in Primary Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

The microbiome has been noted to be altered in a variety of malignancies including nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Microbiome dysbiosis is postulated to affect the tumor immune microenvironment and potentially responses to radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy.
