Assessment of drug prescription practises in chronic hemodialysis patients: case series
CONCLUSION: Patients undergoing haemodialysis have a higher risk of developing side effects and drug interactions than patients with normal kidney function. Given the paucity of pharmacokinetic studies in this population, nephrologists refer to their own experience to treat his patients effectively.Therapeutic education and regular monitoring of chronic haemodialysis patients can improve clinical outcomes, quality of life and reduce the cost of care.PMID:38463123 | PMC:PMC10923326 | DOI:10.1097/MS9.0000000000001134
